Punjab Institute of Nuclear Medicines (PINUM)


Teaching and Training

  • PINUM is actively engaged with academic and research activities and provides undergraduate and postgraduate training in a number of disciplines. 

  • Undergraduate students from Punjab Medical College, Faisalabad visit PINUM for nuclear medicine orientation and teaching regarding radiation protection. Students of 2nd year learn research methodology while working on mini projects. 

  • Students from Physics & Chemistry departments of GC University and Agriculture University Faisalabad conduct their research work during graduate studies.

  • Postgraduate training and research work facility is also provided to FCPS students from Allied Hospital, M.Sc. (Nuclear Medicine) fellows and Ph.D. students from PlEAS University.

  • Apprenticeship training is provided to the Students of Government Technical College. 

  • Diploma in Nuclear Medicine Technology (DNMT) has been started in collaboration with College of Paramedics Faisalabad.
