Future Plans
In future, INMOL plans to expand its facilities in both
diagnostic and treatment fields. High energy linear accelerator is in
its installation phase. As soon as it will install. The proposal for a
state of the art facility, PET-CT at INMOL has already been accepted in
the past. This project will considered as the first ever medical
facility in any medical center of Pakistan. It is going through the
civil construction phase which will complete in six months time and then
it will become operational afterwards.
In future INMOL has a plan to extend its radiology
department in the state-of-the-art manner. In this regard the purchase
process of CT and MRI proposal has already been initiated. The
recognition of radiology department with CPSP for the trainings of FCPS
students is also in pipeline. The plans for improving the radiopharmacy
and radioimmunoassay laboratories are underway.
One of the major future plans of INMOL includes development of state of
the art surgical department, which includes 26 Beds for the males,
females, ICU, private and day care procedures. Surgical department will
provide full range of diagnostic and therapeutic facilities for the
cancer patients.
