General Services
Group (GSG)
The general services group is
responsible for routine operation and maintenance of all the
electric systems, telephone exchange and air conditioning system
of ICCC. The group provides round the clock support for operation
of these utilities and arranges for miscellaneous repair,
maintenance and modifications as and when required.
The general services group has
been providing repair and maintenance services of the following
equipment:

Operation of 300 KVA diesel
generator set.

A 60 KVA 3 phase processor controlled UPS
-
The GSG looks after the telephone
exchange.

The Fire alarm system is taken care of
GSG.

HT panels, LT panels, 1225 KVA transformer and
switch gears are being looked after by GSG.

The HVAC plant and Split type
conditioners are being maintained by GSG.
-
The lifts installed at ICCC
and residential flats are being maintained and day to day
problems are rectified.
The services for electric,
plumbing and carpentry work etc. are also provided by GSG.
