Patient Care

The services for patients available from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM (Monday to Saturday except Friday) and 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon on Friday.

Instructions for Patients visiting CENUM:

Patients should get appointment for the investigation/treatment.
Please report in time, so that the test could be conducted as per schedule.
As a policy, patients are expected to pay charges for their tests. However non-affording & deserving patients are done free of charge.
Do not accompany small children during your visit to CENUM. This is important from radiation protection point of view.
Please bring complete medical record on the appointment day.
Patients are generally referred by their physicians for different tests at CENUM but can also report directly. However, each patient will be assessed by a doctor for the required investigation.
Patients are advised to contact reception for their guidance. In case of any problem, the director of the institute can be approached easily.
