    This department provides the Fasicilities of Radionucleide scanning eg Tc-99m MDP Bone scan, Tc-99m DTPA/DMSA Renal scans, Tc-99m MIBI Cardiac Scan, Tc-99mMIBI Scintimammography, Tc-99m DTPA Brain Scan, Tc-99m HIDA/Phytate Liver Scan, Tc-99m Thyroid Scan, Tc-99m Meckel/Salivary Scan. Moreover Ultrasound, X-rays/ mammography, thyroid and sex hormone analysis
    ( RIA Techniques) and blood chemistry/ hematology tests (pathology section) are also done by nuclear medicine department

19. Thyroid clinic                                                 1986
    Here patients of thyroid cancers and benign disorders are evaluated by hormone analysis and scanning and treatment provided in forms of I-131 and medical therapy.

20. Breast clinic                                                   2004 
    Here patients are evaluated for cancer of Breast By Ultrasound, mammography and Scintimammography and treatment is provided in Form of chemotherapy, immunobiotherapy and Radiotherapy

21. Radiation Therapeutic Oncology                          1986
    In this department, external as well as internal radiotherapy is provided to a wide range of cancer patients.

22. Medical oncology                                               1986
    In this department, Chemotherapy is given to cancer patients both on OPD and INDOOR basis.

23. Immuno/Biotherapy                                           1986
    Here Interferon, immunoglobin and hormonal treatment
    is given to cancer patients

24. Teaching/Training                                               2000
    Teaching and training facilities for undergraduate and postgraduate doctors, technologists, nurses, civil defense and university students are available at CENAR

25. Research                                                            2000
    Various papers on medical research have been published in national and international journals and CENAR has participated in many IAEA Projects
